1. Who handles your information
STORMXSYNC L.L.C., owned by Arlind Abdyli and based in Prishtina, Kosovo, is responsible for the information described in this policy. Privacy requests can be sent to arlind@stormxsync.com.
2. Information we collect
We may collect contact and company details, project briefs, references, brand assets, files shared for review, production notes, booking details, feedback, approvals, delivery information, and records needed for direct invoicing. The website may also receive basic technical information needed to deliver and secure the site.
3. How we use information
We use information to answer inquiries, schedule calls, prepare proposals, plan and deliver creative work, send production updates, coordinate feedback and approvals, keep direct invoice and business records, protect the website, and manage the client relationship.
4. Project materials
Files, logos, product references, scripts, and other materials shared with STORMXSYNC are used to review, produce, revise, and deliver the requested work. Please do not share materials you are not authorized to provide.
5. Tools and service providers
We use website hosting to deliver and protect the site. If the website contact form is enabled, a configured contact email provider may process the sender details and message so the inquiry reaches STORMXSYNC.
Google Calendar and Google Meet may be used for bookings and production calls. Google Drive, or another delivery storage service agreed with the client, may be used to exchange project files and final deliverables. External project media loads only when the visitor allows consent gated embeds.
6. Cookies and browser storage
The website uses necessary browser storage for privacy choices and essential site functions. Google Analytics, marketing technologies, and external media remain off unless the visitor allows the relevant category through Privacy Choices.
Basic page counting runs by default through our own reporting service. It keeps only daily totals for public page paths for 180 days, with no visitor IDs or analytics cookies and no IP addresses, user agents, referrers, query strings, form values, or individual visit records stored with the counts. You can turn off Basic page views or choose Reject non-essential in Privacy Choices. We also respect Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track, and prior Analytics rejections. Disabling this counter stops future counting from this browser; existing aggregate totals cannot identify an individual visit. Website infrastructure necessarily receives network information to serve and secure requests.
When Analytics is allowed, Google Analytics measures public page visits, engagement, device categories, and approximate countries using browser identifiers. We exclude address query strings, fragments, contact form values, and account information from this measurement. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled. Turning Analytics off stops further collection and removes this site's Analytics cookies.
7. Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers needed for the purposes above, with people authorized by the client, or when disclosure is required.
Inquiry, project, approval, delivery, and invoice records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for active work, the client relationship, security, contracts, and required business records. The appropriate period depends on the type of record and the engagement.
8. Your requests
You may ask about access, correction, deletion, or other handling of your information, subject to any records we must keep for active work, contracts, security, or business obligations. Send privacy requests to arlind@stormxsync.com.
