1. Who we are
STORMXSYNC L.L.C. is a managed creative production company owned by Arlind Abdyli and based in Prishtina, Kosovo. Questions about these terms can be sent to arlind@stormxsync.com.
2. Engagements and scope
STORMXSYNC provides managed video, 3D, image, campaign, and AI assisted creative production. The written proposal or order confirmation identifies the selected engagement, approved Production Sets, deliverables, timing, revision rounds, client materials, and any project specific requirements.
Website plan descriptions are summaries. Final scope, capacity, investment, and delivery details are confirmed in writing before work begins.
3. Engagements and payment
Focus, Momentum, and Scale are annual-prepaid managed-production engagements organized around planned monthly production capacity. Engagements are invoiced directly after scope, timing, annual investment, currency, taxes, and payment timing are confirmed in writing. No online checkout is available.
The $6,980 One-Time Sprint includes one month of Focus production capacity as a separate engagement: one Production Set with one Main Deliverable, six supporting Video Outputs, five supporting Image Outputs, managed content planning, email production updates, feedback and approval coordination, one revision round per deliverable, and channel ready final files. Commercial use permission remains subject to these Terms. Competitor content tracking is not included. Scope, timing, currency, taxes, and payment terms are confirmed in writing before a direct invoice. It does not automatically enroll you in an annual plan.
The controlling proposal, order confirmation, or invoice states any cancellation, early termination, refund, or renewal terms. This website does not create an automatic cancellation right, refund right, or renewal arrangement.
Any approved refund is limited to prepaid production capacity that remains unused. Capacity already used or committed to work in progress is non-refundable. The controlling proposal or order confirms the exact calculation and any exceptions required by applicable law.
4. Client materials and responsibilities
The client confirms that it may provide and authorize the use of all files, brand assets, references, copy, logos, product materials, claims, music, and other protected elements supplied for the work. The client is responsible for product accuracy, required disclosures, and final approval before publication.
5. Production, reviews, and delivery
Production updates by email, drafts, comments, and written approvals form part of the project record. Feedback and approval coordination follows the practical process agreed when the engagement starts. The client should provide clear, consolidated feedback through the agreed contact.
Delivery timing depends on timely access to the required materials, information, feedback, and approvals. Client delays, scope changes, or missing materials may move the schedule. Added concepts, outputs, revision rounds, or rush work require written confirmation and may require an additional fee.
6. Weekly competitor content review
When included in the written engagement, the Weekly manual competitor content email is researched and prepared by the STORMXSYNC team from agreed public sources. It summarizes visible themes, formats, campaign activity, and notable changes.
This review does not provide private competitor data or verify advertising spend, sales, conversions, profitability, or return on advertising spend. The selected competitors, sources, and review scope are confirmed in writing.
7. Rights in the work
The client keeps ownership of materials it supplies. After full payment, the client may use the final approved deliverables created and delivered by STORMXSYNC for the commercial purposes stated in the engagement, subject to the written order and any disclosed third party licenses.
STORMXSYNC keeps its pre-existing methods, templates, tools, software, and production know how. Unless the written order states that work is confidential or may not be shown, STORMXSYNC may display completed public facing work in its portfolio, website, social channels, proposals, case studies, and sales materials.
8. AI assisted content
Creator style videos and images supplied by STORMXSYNC may be AI generated or AI assisted. They are not real customer content, testimonials, influencer endorsements, or evidence that a depicted person used the product or service. The client must approve the final context and claims before publication.
9. Confidentiality and project information
STORMXSYNC and the client should keep nonpublic project information confidential and use it only for the engagement, except when disclosure is authorized or required. Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Creative and marketing results
STORMXSYNC will provide the creative services and deliverables stated in the written engagement. STORMXSYNC does not guarantee sales, views, clicks, conversions, return on advertising spend, or any other marketing result.
11. Controlling project terms
When the client accepts a written proposal or order confirmation, that document and these terms form the service agreement. If there is a conflict, the project specific proposal or order controls the approved scope, timing, fees, payment, cancellation, and refund terms.
